Acceptance of Terms

By using SkyPuppy or registering as a member of this platform, you are deemed to have accepted and are bound by all the rules outlined in these terms. Please carefully read all relevant terms before using this platform.

Services

SkyPuppy provides temporary digital network communication services to enhance Internet security and privacy. Based on your personal requirements and discretion, we automatically provide an unregulated and unmonitored data pipeline—a Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection—for your exclusive use. You are solely responsible for your use of SkyPuppy services. SkyPuppy assumes no responsibility for actions taken by users, including criminal or civil liability for damages caused or not caused. Other provisions in these terms further limit SkyPuppy’s liability.

We grant you a license to use SkyPuppy services, subject to the restrictions outlined in these terms. Your use of SkyPuppy services is at your own risk. SkyPuppy services may be modified, updated, interrupted, or suspended at any time without notice or liability. We are not responsible for any harm or adverse consequences resulting from such actions. SkyPuppy, its owners, employees, agents, and other associated personnel are not liable for any damages, whether executed or not, arising from or related to the use of any registered account.

SkyPuppy strives to ensure normal service operation but is not responsible for login failures or inability to connect to some or all servers (e.g., services are not supported in mainland China) due to network or regulatory restrictions in your region.

SkyPuppy is not responsible for any monetary or non-monetary losses paid to entities other than SkyPuppy, including legal fees or court costs, regardless of any legal or statutory provisions.

Refund Policy

Google Play/iOS In-App Purchases: Per Google/Apple policies, consumable in-app purchases are non-refundable once used. For refunds on unused purchases, please contact Google/Apple support directly through your Google account or App Store account.

Intellectual Property

Subject to these terms and conditions, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to:

• Download and use a copy of the SkyPuppy software;
• Use SkyPuppy services, including but not limited to products and services provided on or through the SkyPuppy software or website.

No other rights or licenses are granted under this agreement. This license remains effective until terminated. Failure to comply with these terms will automatically terminate this license.

SkyPuppy services, including but not limited to the software, mobile applications, and all other components, are owned and copyrighted by SkyPuppy and are protected globally. We reserve all rights, titles, and interests in SkyPuppy services, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights. You may not take any actions to jeopardize, limit, or interfere with our ownership and rights to SkyPuppy services. Unless otherwise stated, all rights are reserved.

Prohibited Activities

Your access to and use of SkyPuppy services are subject to these terms and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to terminate or block access to SkyPuppy services at our discretion for any user violating any applicable laws or these terms, with or without notice.

By using SkyPuppy services, you agree not to assist, encourage, or enable others to use the services for:

• Improper, prohibited, illegal, criminal, or fraudulent activities, including but not limited to port scanning, sending spam, sending opt-in emails, scanning for open relays or proxies, sending unsolicited emails, launching pop-ups, using stolen credit cards, credit card fraud, financial fraud, cryptocurrency fraud, phishing, extortion, blackmail, kidnapping, rape, murder, selling stolen goods or credit cards, providing or selling prohibited, military, or dual-use goods, controlled substances, identity theft, hacking, forgery, phishing, scraping, digital piracy, intellectual property infringement, or similar activities;
• Attacking, interfering with, gaining unauthorized access to, or denying service to any other network, computer, or node through SkyPuppy services;
• Exploiting children in any form, including audio, video, photography, or digital content;
• Uploading or distributing files containing viruses, worms, Trojan horses, corrupted files, or similar software that may damage others’ computer operations;
• Interfering with or attempting to interfere with the proper functioning of SkyPuppy services, any related transactions, or activities, or bypassing measures to restrict access;
• Exploiting SkyPuppy services in any unauthorized manner, including trespassing or burdening network capacity;
• Using robots, spiders, scrapers, or other automated means to access our website or services without prior written permission;
• Collecting or harvesting personal information about other SkyPuppy users;
• Collecting or harvesting personal data without legitimate interest, consent, or in violation of applicable laws;
• Imposing an unreasonable or disproportionate load on our infrastructure;
• Sharing data or content with an unreasonable number of people, including sending blast communications or sharing content with unknown recipients;
• Representing yourself as an agent or representative of SkyPuppy services or features;
• Incorporating SkyPuppy services or any part thereof into other programs or products;
• Copying or reproducing any part of SkyPuppy services;
• Modifying, translating, reverse-engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or creating derivative works based on SkyPuppy services or determining their source code, algorithms, methods, or techniques;
• Violating general ethical or moral standards, good customs, or fair conduct norms;
• Infringing on any third party’s rights, including confidentiality, personal data, copyright, or other intellectual property rights;
• Threatening, stalking, harming, or harassing others, or promoting bigotry or discrimination;
• Manipulating SkyPuppy’s name, services, or products;
• Soliciting or collecting personal information from minors or communicating with them;
• Attempting unauthorized access to SkyPuppy services, user accounts, or connected systems through hacking, password mining, brute force, or other means;
• Using SkyPuppy services for military purposes, including cyberwarfare, weapons development, or production of missiles, nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons;
• Otherwise violating or circumventing these terms.

Additionally, excessive bandwidth usage for downloads that disrupts server networks and affects other users’ normal use may result in SkyPuppy restricting the speed of offending IPs. For account security, non-custom accounts are for personal use only. Sharing accounts with others is prohibited, and any resulting losses are your responsibility.

We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or restrict access to SkyPuppy services at our discretion. Such suspensions or restrictions may be implemented immediately without notice or refund. We may suspend your account for clarification, investigation, or to request explanations of your actions. If your account is suspended, contact us for more information. We may suspend your account for a reasonable period before permanently terminating it.

We are not obligated to enforce these terms against you. We encourage you to report violations of these terms by other SkyPuppy users, but we reserve the right to take appropriate action at our discretion.

Disclaimer

We strive to prevent disruptions to our website and services. However, these are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee, expressly or impliedly, the accuracy of any materials or information provided through the website or services or their suitability for any specific purpose. We expressly disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the services will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. You access the website and services at your own risk and discretion.

SkyPuppy reserves the right to investigate issues we believe violate these terms. We may, at our discretion and without notice, remove, block, filter, or restrict any materials or information we deem to violate these terms or expose SkyPuppy or our customers to liability. SkyPuppy is not responsible for any failure to prevent such materials or information from passing through the services or reaching your computing device.

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Kenya, excluding its conflict of law rules.

• 通过飞狗（SkyPuppy）服务以任何方式或形式攻击、干扰、获得未经授权的访问、拒绝任何其他网络、计算机或节点的服务；
• 以任何方式剥削儿童，包括音频、视频、摄影、数字内容等；
• 以任何方式上传或分发包含病毒、蠕虫、特洛伊木马、损坏的文件或任何其他可能损害他人计算机操作的类似软件或程序的文件；
• 干扰或试图干扰飞狗（SkyPuppy）服务的正常工作，与飞狗（SkyPuppy）服务有关的任何交易或我们进行的任何其他活动，破坏我们的网站或与飞狗（SkyPuppy）服务相连的任何网络或绕过任何措施我们可能会用来阻止或限制对飞狗（SkyPuppy）服务的访问；

除此之外，长时间占用宽带进行下载导致服务器网络异常，影响到其他用户正常使用的，飞狗（SkyPuppy）会采取措施限制滥用 IP 的网速。为了您的账号安全，非定制账号仅限个人使用，请勿将账号分享给他人，分享给他人造成的损失将由您自己承担。
